Dunno, but i love it. Call me a bogan, but its the top tier of Aussie Motorsport, and it makes for ****ing good racing.

Anyone else watch Round 1, Race 1 today?

If this is what the rest of the season is going to be like, its going to be pretty damn awesome. Some seriously good racing, and unlike the last few seasons where theres been only 3 or 4 standouts from the start of the season going for the top gong, I reckon this year nearly half the field is going to be up for it.

And make no mistake, everyone is trying to give the best final year of the old format before the COTF comes in, and Nissan makes a return to the sport.

Exciting racing, but i do wish it was a little more open when it comes to engine options - bring it back to Holden Vs Ford (and whoever else) not just Shells with the same stuff on the inside.

It was a fantastic race alright.Davison didn't deserve to win because they were trying to win by going slow with fuel consumption in mind and one less pitstop.It should be a level playing field for all with compulsory no of stops and no winning by good fuel economy.It suppose to be racing after all.What a champion that Jamie Whincup is what a drive.

And was srs upset for Davison first race, so glad he won the 2nd.

Pumped for new manufacturers too. Need some more variety.

It's way better than F1. Nobody can really overtake you so easily in F1. Although I do watch both the thing I'd like most is a good touring car comp.

No way. Pit stop/fuel economy strategy is what makes it interesting. It adds another dimension. Take it away and it'll be just like F1. Boring as shit.

No not a fanboy but I'm old and smart enough to recognise the fact that Jamie Whincup is the best in the V8SC game as is the team he drives for.One has just got to look at the statistics and I make good unbiased observations.Pretty simple really.
