Hey all,

Many will think im trolling here but i need to get it clarified by me and other CU2 owners who have upgraded their stock EURO LUXURY lights to LED and their HID Bulbs. I got abit confused and ordered the wrong bulb and what to clarify before buying new LED and HID Bulbs.

Sourcing LED from this eBay Seller : http://myworld.ebay.com.au/warden_jp2002/

This is what i gather for the 2012 CU2 EURO LUXURY Model:

Head Light:
-Low Beam: H1 (Base Model)
-Low Beam : D2S (Luxury Model)
-High Beam - H1
-Parker - T10 Wedge
-Indicators - 7440

Tail Light:
-Tail/Brake Inner/Outer - 7443 ( LED needs to be dual)
-Reverse - 7440
-Indicators - 7440

Interior:
-Main Cabin - 31mm Festoon
-Map - 31mm Festoon
-Vanity Mirror - 31mmx5mm Fuse
-Door - T10 Wedge

Other:
-Front Fog - H11
-Rear Fog - 7440
-Rear High Mount Brake - 7440
-Side Mirrors Indicators - LED (non-replaceable)
-Rear Number Plate - T10 Wedge
-Boot - T10 Wedge

(Credits to someone on the forums, unfortunately I forgot...)

To those purchased lights - was there a special size required for different sockets or clearances?

Thanks for the Help!

I have the same question. Are you going to install them by yourself?

Yes.. im sourcing all parts from eBay or other online shops...

The main issue is getting the right size/type of lights because iv heard of leds not fitting properly.. being too tight or too big etc.

I know the specifications for the CL9 but I'm sure it's different with the CU2...check the user manual or call up the dealer to see if they have the specific requirements of each bulb?
Or maybe autobarn...

yep cl9 is different... thats where i made errors buying the t10 bulbs not being wedge style and H1 instead of H11 lights..

Anyone actually got LEDs in their CL9 and could show us the pictures? Just wondering about the differences as I've already changed mine to phillips.

Update: Recieved LED lights from eBay Seller : http://myworld.ebay.com.au/warden_jp2002/

Lights are not that bright... NOT good for Brake lights... Indicators no good as require Orange colour...will need to source brighter led lights... 7.5watts is the brightest led on eBay but theres no reviews on LEDS and which work good :\

Same with me, I just noticed the amber glovebox light tonight when the missus opened it to get her iPad after dinner.
The only non-LED interior light beside the blue footwell lights which are now overpowered by my dome LED.
Do you know what bulb does it use?

Anyone change the Cu2 (luxury) HiD globe before? Is it easy to do? It is hard to reach that low-beam section.

Any recommendation for these Globes (D2S)?

Always remove the bumper first so you can have a better access to mounting points for your ballast.

Mounting points for ballast? Isn't it a straight D2S globe replacement? Is it safe to do yourself cause there is a warning sign saying its dangerous.

My bad, I missed the luxury description..
It's a straight D2S bulb replacement..

Hello Shuuyuki,

1) these are the parkers, and you are looking to get are the T10 wedge style for these
2) The high beams would be a H1
