I'm going to attempt to resurrect an Integra 96 vtiR after it has been sitting stationary on the road under a cover for approx two years. Does anyone think the engine would be too far damaged or neglected or any other common major problems.

Just change the oil and other fluids. It's probably fine. Unless there was an issue beforehand?
