Brake Pad / Rotor sticky suggestion

Been trying to find answers about brake rotors/pads for my civic, can never find a accurate answer. Can I suggest we sticky up a thread for this?

something along the lines of....(dont quote me on this info)

If anyone can input their STOCK brake rotor/pads sizes it would make life easier.
Bendex/DBA online catalogs include different models which makes finding the right pad a b**** sometimes.

some say its 242mm while others say its 262mm

242mm would be D series motor.

262mm would be B series.

thanks, i know all AUDM EGs have 242 front, but EKs are different when it comes to year and model.

the later model 99-2000 model GLI has same rotor & caliper as ek4

I've change pads on both and they use the same pad. I don't see where the is a difference at all

Earlier model GLI has smaller rotors and caliper pre-97.

1998 year was a funny yr where you had either or, so just be careful

EK Gli have 262mm + rear brake disc

EK Cxi have 242mm + rear drums

i matched up a ek gli rotors with an ek4 rotors. theyre the same diameter.
also had some ek cxi brake setup one and its smaller rotors.

thanks for that moochi. so GLI hatch IS different.

When I get my rotors replaced I will be able to confirm aswell.
