I've been looking at Strut Bars for my EK and I've had a look in the engine bay and it looks like the hole for the bar are marked out, but not drilled through.
Do i just drill through those holes and bolt on?
Has anyone done this?

yes, and yes you do need to drill ur own holes via marked holes...... If u really wanted to, line up the strut up to the holes to double check, and its not really hard, just make sure u get the correct drill bit, using the wrong drill bit can be dangerous... make sure its designed to cut metal an not wood lol... had a bad experience with that!

Dude I can't stress enough about the quality of the drill bit!!! That metal you will be drilling through is thick and strong!!! I went through 4 drill bits doing 2 holes, and gave up went to bunnings put $50 on the table for a 5 pack of drill bits and came home it ate through the metal like butter! The 4 I fcuked up were those stupid gold titanium coated bits! Totally useless!

Yeah if you go too fast the tip will cook and go nowhere.
Either go slow with a quality bit or start with a smaller pilot hole
and put some paint on the exposed metal in hole
