noise when i half throttle ?

recently my integra making "dadadadada" noise when i revl it abit from 1500-2000
and it feel powerless. the noise will appear till 4000 or higher rpm.

but the "dadada" noise do not appear when i pedal/ full throttle it from 3000-4000rpm.
and i feel the power and takeoff so quick.

i checked my plug/leads are good, the fuel filter replaced, the throttle body cleaned. engine oil filter changed, and the noise still appear.

is it sound like valve clearance need to be done?

yea~ it is like the spark sound. and just like non-stop hitting on the coke can

nono it sounds normal when idle.and the spark plug and injector running 100% fine

need more octane rating

less advance timing.

Did you recently put a different petrol? A lower octane one?

Is the car totally standard or got mods,ecu/chip?

Check your clamps guyths

They become loose overtime.

I know mine do.

which clamps man?

Any joint from your plenum to airbox. So make sure your throttle body is properly secured to your intake arm.
Make sure your intake arm is properly secured to the airbox. And make sure the air filter is loose either.

You should have two clamps, throttle body to intake arm and intake arm to box.
