Just wondering if anyone has a Exedy Sports Clutch kit, or knows anything about them? I am thinking of putting one into my ek vtir, but i know nothing about them.
Any help would be appreciated.

Well, my mechanic quoted me about approx. 800 installed.

I don't know too much about it either but he also told me i needed to machine my flywheel so that it would be balanced with the clutch.

Still can't afford a new clutch yet though. Hopefully soon and i'll post you some more details.

I managed to source a Excedy Racing Full face sprung organic. Apparently it is a bit better friction material than the regular HD one and the pressure plate has a higher clamping force.

I haven't had it installed yet so can't comment from that point of view, but the box was hot pink with white lettering. I'll try to dig up the kit part number so you can cross reference.

Weq: Not bad!

i heard flywheels are balanced at 0 and a new clutch kit is also balanced at 0 so why need to get it balanced with the clutch if they are both 0 anyway? i think its another way of makin money if u ask me.. thats my opinion

I have the exedy sport organic clutch in my dc2r, it handles well up in the higher range rpm, same heaviness as a HD clutch, but more agrressive in grabbing the flywheel
