Loss license P1 questions

Before i get flamed, i just wanna ask a brief question

lost my license p1 red p's.. Copper said i lost 5 points, 3 months suspension..
Question is, P1's only has 4? which means i got -1 point..
when i get my license back do my points go back to 4 then -1 = 3 or im getting another 3 months suspension straight after i get it back?? Will i be charged for suspension after?

no you can loose a maximum of 4 points on Ps in a 3 years span if you looks 5 or even 12 points you will be suspended and when you get your lisence back you are not allowed to accumulate any more demerit points for 3 years until you get on your greens or fulls... points do not simply refresh because you lost the maximum amount and got suspended.

Im quite sure that you will not get those points back for the next 4 or 5 years so you cannot drive with -1 point you can appeal it and try to get good behaviour license and if you do get that i wouldnt go speding lol or u can wait till you get your greens and you will be on like 2 or 3 points imquite sure thats how it works
