Hi guys, new to ozhonda.com and I'm a happy owner of a FD2 sport :)
I'm just wondering if its ok to switch from D to S on the FD2 Sport while the car is moving or should you come to a complete stop before doing that?
the manual says that you need to press the button on the gear to switch from D to S but no need from S to D but I couldn't find any place that talks about the speed in which you should do it...
Cheers!

Its basically an electronic adjustment anyway, so you can change into S anytime you like and whatever speed.
If we were talking about changing from 2wd High range to 4wd low range in an old Vitara it would be a different story! lol

yeah you can,
you have to click the flappy paddles behind the steering wheel, make sure that you click the right one so it upshifts, and then it would show you which gear your in on the display in that little square,
as switching from d to s, downshifts, but it doesnt show you which gear your in.
so if you click the left paddle, after you've changed from d to s, you'd downshift twice.
hope that helps
Yeah you can
I always do it from D to S while driving and then back to D at various speeds, slow and fast
It states in the manual if you read it it is fine to do.
