hey guys, seeing as though no one wants to buy my engine, and there is a carby eg sitting next to my house, pretty keen to get it going again.

so was thinking of putting it back into an eg.

These are the things i do have

engine loom
engine
gearbox
ecu
mounts.
fuel pump
fuel filter

Things i know i need

fuel lines
fuel tank
engine loom to ecu loom ( not sure what its called )

what i do need to know is

how i wire from engine loom into the rest of the car.

how do i wire fuel tank wires

to make tach and everything else work.

what wont fit from carby engine to new engine

will i need to make a hydro clutch setup?

what else am i missing?

im sure its been covered before, i did have a search ( hence how i know what i do know )

Thanks guys

Alex

Alex, Just grab a complete EG VTi Loom, and everything else should be plug and play...
you will need to make sure you have Hondata or Tuneable ECU OBD1 as B20VTEC is very dangerous using a Factory 1.6L,1.8L ecu.., your cluster should work fine but not sure if the EG Carby have a rev gauge
so might be better to just buy a EG6,EG5 cluster.
