4dr 98 Integra

Hey guys got a 98 4dr integra,
on the blue plate it says the type is a "TI"
and on a sticker that has the VIN on it
says its a type "XI"
any idea what it actually it?

and also im trying to find a air condenser for it, anyone know where to get one ?
