Hello I recomend you look at my VB Garage to give you and Idea of whatcan be done to a DA9, I suggest you make it breathe better with some exhaust mods and air filter and followed by some suspension work!

2 1/2 inches is too big for the exhaust dude should be 2- 2 1/4, might be lucky to find a cold air intake in australia i have never seen one for the DA could always import though. so much stuff to do well where do i start? i would suggest more suspension mods first, swaybars etc. get some nice wheels and good rubber, upgrade the brakes then start looking at power. www.g2ic.com is a great resource, mostly american but you get the idea.

fair enough on the exhaust, as for the suspension i've got koni yellows with just a coilover sleeve on my car, but if you are serious, starting from scratch and want really good handling, you probably wanna swap in some dc2 parts and go for some proper coilovers (anybody seen DA specific coilovers?) do a search cos i know its been covered here before. try simota for the intake, www.simota.com.au and just make your own cold air feed.
