Was looking at rear sway bars and seems like they make a noticeable difference in handling on a FWD.

Been looking at the Progress 22mm rear sway bar, but the JDM EP3 rear sway bar is already a solid 22mm thickness, would it still be worth the upgrade? Anyone upgraded their sway bars?

umm I thought our ep3 rear sways were hollow I could be wrong.

Upgraded mine recently. The difference in handling is quite noticeable. I upgraded to a Whiteline 2 point adjustable one 24mm.

I'd agree with Perry on the stock one being hollow, as the whiteline one I installed was considerably heavier.

My mechanic did recommend whiteline swaybar for my car; how is it adjustable? How much did you get it for?

it's adjustable because you can have the two 'arms' at different lengths from the main shaft, therefore providing different levels of torsional stiffness

Bought it from here: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/HONDA-INTEGRA-DC5-K20-WHITELINE-REAR-ADJUSTABLE-SWAYBAR-/200556264047?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2eb215ba6f

Ah I see, will check it out on my next visit to my mechanic since he distributes their stuff. Btw just read your EP3 thread RPS, it's come a long way, very nice!

I have a 19mm RSB on my FD2 Civic. Massive difference. Rear end sits nice and planted around corners.
So im assuming an EP3R would be hella better around corners... Being a Type R and all

I'm in the same boat. Waiting for Whiteline stock.

Anyway I snatched up the front for quite cheap and I've received it, not installed yet. I can tell you that they come with two yellow bushings, in the case of my front bar that is.

Contact me if you find someone who's selling the rear though. [emoji12]

999 automotive $250 for 24mm ep3.
Only realised it comes with it's own bushing after I commented

Haven't confirmed a track day yet. Although the executives at work want to hire out Eastern Creek for a day.
At $250, it's worth the wait.
