to install the lower arm bar ( or tiebar)....u should leave the car standing as is , then put two small OEM jacks underneath each LCA joint point ( where the LCA joins the subframe with a bolt) - this is two stop the LCA slipping down.

simply raise the jack to just hold the bottom of the LCA - then remove the main bolts , place the tiebar inplace and reapply the main bolts :)

Easy....20 min job. I might even hook up a proper DIY oneday soon.
