I thought the JDM Type R had a B18c
Whats a B18c5?
I hear ppl reffer to them in JDM ITR.
i thought the JDM engines where the same names but without the number at the end?

b18c5 is the USDM ITR motor, correct if wrong. Yanks always do stuff like this... calling the JDM DC5R a RSX-R etc

B18c5 only applies for USDM type r engines.

JDM ITR engine is called B18c, the same name as a normal B18c.
but when we talk about jdm B18c type-r spec, we normally call it B18cR.

AUSDM ITR engines i believe have a differnt code... something like B18c3 or 7. i forget.

your almost right, depending on which type-r :p

B18C7 is only AUS type-r.
B18C5 is USDM type-r.
B18C is Jdm type-r AND Jdm SiR.
