recommendations for HID and projector for civic 07 vti

hey
looking to get some HID's and i read you will need the projector case thingy for them or else you will be blinding the world.

so any recommendations?
mates got some off ebay but i want abit more information before i make a purchase on ebay. like what brands are good or who are trusty worthy to buy from

I have a set of projector lights, the halo ones that I used for a while. I disconnected the angel rings (because I don't like them).

Take them for $100 if you want. :)

Also please use search, there is a HID / projector thread in the Forum -> Model Specific -> Civic (2001 and above) Section where I explain about projector headlights etc
