where to buy d16a8 sftermarket parts

There are not many aftermarket bits left for our Dseries engine....most are very old (this engine has been discontinued for more than 10 years too) so its no wonder D16a8 bits are rare.

I suggest , being a d16a8 owner myself - to try askign in the WANTED TO BUY section of this forum - perhaps someone has soem bits they dont want ?

there are plenty of available bits in the US as the love the ol ZC/D16A8. but it can be a real hassle dealing with overseas stuff. not much available here as far as internals go but you can get lightened flywheels, headers and other bolt ons. i think they use the sam conrods as other D's if you needed them so you could go some Eagle items or possibly Arais.
as far a cams go you would nedd to get customs or regrinds, unless your lucky enough to find some old mugen or HKS ones floating around.
i know it sounds like a cop out on the D16A8, but the coin taken to source internals and get them fitted and tuned you might as well get a B. B18C that is :thumbsup:
