Eliminating the dimmer switch.

Hi all, I've searched around on the net but there aren't any answers relating to my question but, does anyone know how to rig the dimmer switch male plug so that the lights are permanantly on bright? Reason being is that I have an EG6 cluster which is internally grounded so the climate control lights now won't switch on as it use to use the ground off of the old cluster.

Anyone able to give me a hand on which two wires I need to fuse to complete the circuit?? :thumbsup:
