How much work is required

So I'm thinking about buying a 4x100 hub conversion from a guy in hobart... So I was wondering, What Is actually required/ what work is there to do? is it just a matter of taking the hub off, putting the new one on, and away we go? or would I need other stuff as well?

should put more info such what car you are going to do the conversion on and where the hub is coming from?

1977 honda civic sedan. 4x120 hubs <-- what I have
hubs are coming from I assume another 77 civic, if not that, an eb2.. so a civic within a model range of itself. they are 4x100
