The other weekened i decided to put in a CAI,
i removed the fron bar, put in the tube, tried to put the bar back on but couldnt as the tube wouldnt fit.
I then relocated the horn, the bar now fits but the pipe is abit squished.

is there n e where else i can put it ? somehow?:confused::confused:

thanx:wave::wave:

This is what ive done:

ROFL... you look like the ultimate "lad"
Btw, that crumple ass "piping" won't perform as a very trustworthy or reliable intake...

at least its got less bends that the orriginal (remember its not a ram but CAI)

yeah nicks right.

man that is some absolutely ****ed up pipe man :D

there is some better pipin around. looks to me that u have got like 'air ducting' sorta hose :thumbdwn:, jons right that shit is weak, u need more 'irragation' sorta hose. SIMILAR ribbed shit but tougher and can hold much smoother bends.

what filter did u get aimre? why didnt u get it off me u terd :p :D

i did mine the other week. compliments of *cough* car lovers vacuum *cough*
i mean, i went and um...bought it..yes.
where you have it shouldnt be a prob, but with sturdier pipe and less bends, it wont looked as messed up.
cheers

y0. heard you needed some help. All i did was extend my horn wires and run it through the bar along the front then mount the horn on the opposite side. There should be a bolt hole so it's just a direct bolt on. hardest part is running the wires through the small section of bar unless you get lazy and just use cable ties. It's pretty simple to do.

As everyone else has said get some different pipping. I got some from my local hardware store. had holes in it so just wrapped it in some plumbing tape all the way down to cover the holes. works a treat man :D

just remember guys.

The pipings surface is not so relevant to flow ( rough is actually better than smooth) - JUST as long as the pipe will remain a constant diameter , and wont deform at all .( try to get some thicker , stronger flexpipe etc....a OEM intake pipe works best :))

Good luck guys.

a pipe , jus tlike your intake pipe ( the oen ffrom the airbox to the throttle body ) is perfect for such a thing.

Try and find a EK4 or dc2 spare intake pipe arm....and use that :)
