Fitting Altezza's & Projector Lights

Hey guys, the missus just bought herself a honda civic 93 and with the car came projector lights that arent fitted yet. Does anyone know how to fit them to the front of the car?? Also i need help with fitting her altezzas on the back of the car so she doesnt have stock lights.
Does anyone know if projector lights are illegal on Vic roads??

just take the front bar off.. .and unscrew the blots and swap over the lights... connect them...

havent got around to putting on the fron projector lights, so if anyone has a rough guide, could u plz post it, but it shouldnt be too hard.

i got the altezzas on, its was a simple job,
1) open up the boot
2) pull back the carpet on the boot floor,
3) take of the cap, to expose the bulbs
4) undo the bolt using a socket set next to the light bulbs, and there is a screw aswel near it that must be undone.
5)pull of the plastic cover along the front of the boot
6) pull the plastic side walls of the boot exposin the light
7)undo the four screw on the back of the light and jsut pull it foward and it comes out
8) change the light and tighten it up
and then just put it all back together again

headlights quiet easy, just unscrew the front bar, then ur headlights. Have not done this myself but this is how i think it works
