Will there be any issues with this fitment?

Current have a pretty good deal on some bridgestone tyres 225/50r17 but my stock wheels/tyres recommend 225/45r17

I understand that it will be abit 'fatter' due to the 5% increase, but will there be any issues with putting these tyres on? e.g. speedo/odo problems or anything? Thanks

on stock suspension you should be fine

rolling diameter will be slightly larger so speedo readings may be out
