Little help... Horn DC2 no longer works...

Hey Guys,

I've installed a ITR Steering wheel into my DC2, and my horn originally works now longer works.

Here what has been replaced so far:
-Horn
-Clockspring (Now when you press the horn it makes a clicking sound from the clockspring)

Heres what I've Done/Tested before asking for help
-Checked with Multimetre comes up with 0.2(Button pressed) from 0.0(Not pressed) Possible problem not to sure yet, please confirm
-Checked the fuse under the hood thats still fine.
-Reset the SRS light after the Clockspring was replaced.


Have I missed something??

I should test my horn. I haven't used it since I bought the car.

The wires to the horn are definitely connected?
Take the cover off and double check
Might have come off when installing the wheel
