Taking off Honda Integra roof interior

Can you give a little info about the car?
DC2 or DC5?
Type R, Type S, VTIR etc

Also if u do a google search "integra headliner removal" theres heaps out there, team integra is a good place to check out aswell

Ah okay thanks, mines a DC4 2001.

I kept googling "how to remove integra roof interior" came up with nothing haha. guess the right word here was head liner.

Im trying to take it off to bump some small dints out from hail damage.
