honda city accessories - gear knob change?

Hi guys.

I want to get few things for my dads Honda city 5sp. Searched all over and no specific mention of a manual gear knob for the city. Do all Honda cars have the same thread size or something making it possible to buy one advertised for other Honda's?

Was also thinking to get the manual sports pedals and door sill illuminated set. Any one get them?

Saw the dash trim panels too but a bit too pricey.

about the pedals and other accessories I mentioned, Honda have it here. The pedals were 36$, not bad imo.

Back door sills are not illuminated. I can make a DIY if anyone wants. Cheers
