White powder coming out the front?!?!?

Hey Guys,

I've got a '97 EK civic with a b18cr which i bought not too long ago. After driving, i have noticed a slight build up of a white powder that appears around the front bar...

I've tried doing some research and the only thing that comes close could be a coolant leak which turns into a white wax after it evaporates. Only thing is that it can be easily wiped off and feels more like powder.
There's none of it in the engine bay and the coolant level seems ok. I'm gonna top it up today and see whether there's any changes.

I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced the same or what it could be if the coolant level remains the same after a top-up.

sounds like evaporated coolant. You have a radiator leak somewhere - when it sprays out it often leaks a powdery residue on most surfaces. Check the radiator itself - may have a hairline crack in the frontal area - from something impacting the fins etc.
