im having problems with my car at the moment after having a conversion...i was told the ecu that was sourced out for me was wrong by a mechanic. That it wasnt a genuine b16a ecu. Wreckers told me it came out of 1.6 teg but vtec kicks in at 6rpm and idles at 1.5 on neutral before completely stopping which it goes back to normal. ECU code is a PR3, can anyone tell me what it came out of??

89-93 OBD-0 JDM B16A EF8/9 MCU = M66x301 58 and 93
92-93 OBD-1 JDM Integra RSi/XSi (B16A)

There are both OBD0 and OBD1 ECUs designated "PR3" and they are not in any shape or form compatible with each other.

If you're able, take a photo of the ecu and email it to me evan@proecu.com or just post it up here, and we'll be able ot help more.
