ignition barrel change. EK

Hey guys. my ignition barrel seems to be stuffed up. it really hard to turn the car on and hard to get the key out. And now if i keep wiggling it to start. i can pull the key out of the barrel once its started.
Can i change just the barrel and key to suit or is there something else needed to be done?

No i dont think you can change the key and barrel since the EK comes with a immobiliser, you would have to probably change the ECU aswell? Im not 100% sure ECU-MAN should be able to answer this better.

Get a new barrel and then get a locksmith to retool it to suit your key. done
