Just wondering what kind of oil and grade of oil to use for any change of oil service..!?:D
I use Castrol GTX3 15W40 mineral oil. Recently changed from the 20W50 dad always wanted to put in it. The car feels much better... and no leaks :p I'd change to synthetic oil but I'm afraid the car will chuck a spack, seeing as it's probably never had fully synthetic oil in it before.

yes.
If your not sure, FEO should be your only choice. It is made and designed for hondas. You cannot go wrong with it.

Yeah Mobil 1 full syn is good. I used to run that all the time and have switched to FEO as of late (mainly due to price).
Might try Mob 1 again sometime :)

for a dohc vtec engine is thinner oil such as a 5w-30 better to use than a thicker one?
things to think about wen buying oil are
how worn ur motor is - kms are a good indication
the general ambient air temp ie is it summer or winter?
how u drive ur car- ie do u thrash the crap outta it?

so would thiner or thicker oil work for summer/winter?
well generally its thicker for summer and thinner for winter. have a look in ur car manual in the maintenance section and theres a oil viscosity chart. it tells u wat viscosity oil u should use according to the ambient temp :)
