My euro just hit the 140000 mark and wanted to service the car.. what do you recommend for oil, oil filter and spark plugs. Any other info would be much appreciated :)

5w-40 oil, hamp oil filter and iridium spark plugs from ebay USA

Depends on how and who your car has been serviced with previously. Sparks are meant to be changed ever 100k km. So if it was done at 100k km service, then you shouldn't need to bother with them now. Oil and Filter, if your cheap, grab Magnatec + Repco filter bundle when their on special for $30. If you want better stuff, there's a thread that will link you to Amazon 5w-30 Redline Group 5 Full Synthetic oil, which is the really good stuff, but will set you back a lot more. Can also get a K&N oil filter off amazon for about $20.
