Any cheap Mobile pre purchase mechanics in melbourne?

Just looking to get a car inspected before i buy it, currently i am located in sydney, so the effort to go down and have a look to find out that it wasn't what i expected might not be worth it.

Are there any cheap mobile car inspections for the Taylors Lake area that anyone knows of?

I got my car inpsected in melb (i am from adelaide) and they included a detailed 6 page report, put the car on stands and were very thorough, even went over the car with a paint thickness meter. Cost be about $280. Came with a REVS check aswell. Mechanic also phoned me after to state his findings and they even work on weekends!

I would not cheapen out as it is great piece of mind you are getting a professional to do it! Money well spent!

Just get the RACV check mate. About that price and I believe there is a degree of liability to them after the inspection.
