press the tabs from the inside, will slide out.

you need to remove inner quarter panel trim
then press out tabs from inside.
furthest one (closest to door jamb) will be mindfcuk
cos metal plates inside will be in the way.

I just got a screwdriver under them and have them a light pull make sure that you don't bend the strip. I was lucky in not breaking any clips but they will most likely break doing it the way I just explained.
