Weird noise from the engine bay - ek D16Y4 engine

Can someone help me out, it sounds like a rattling noise you can hear it clearly around 0.15, I have no idea what it is.

No drop in power.
Engine sounds fine.
No overheating.
Oil level is fine.

yeah they're noisy, but it's another sound on top of the regular civic tappers.

it's a der-clunk, der-clunk sound over and over.

I know the tappets are loud, but they're fine.

Did you do anything at all for the engine for it to do this. or u just woke up one day and it was like that?

well, there's nothing really i could do to cause the bearings to fail in the alternator, that's just something that happens over time.

had something similar check the camshaft bolt lol... mine was lose and tore that cam thread to SHREADS!
