hey guys, my exhaust sits hard on my lca and has worn a small groove into it, was wondering if its safe to put a few small welds on the inside and outside of the lca.
thanks crew

It's pressed steel right? Eye style shock mounts? If so, yes it should be fine - but what exactly are you doing? filling the groove?

Personally I'd try and find a 2nd hand replacement. If not you shouldn't really do it, but if done properly should be fine.

Deano is right - irs not an ideal solution, but if the weld is only small it should be fine

How bad is the groove? Pics? I'd be temped to space the two with a small square of exhaust heat wrapping so they don't rub so bad.
