will a left hand drive power steering hose from US fit on an aussie right hand drive car of the same model and year and drivetrain??

Probably not, the rack is on the opposite side so the position and length of the hoses would be different. If you could get a diagram of the hose you want to buy and compare it to your hose it might help.
