18" rims on an Euro looks good. But I personally don't like the wheels you posted up specifically. However it's your car. I have a feeling most people on here will say the same.

I concur, suzuki swifts often rock them.

It's a matter of opinion. I personally prefer rims that look classy or sporty, as it matches the CL9. However, I've seen a fair few people but bling rims on and they work out alright, albeit, they dump their suspensions though (i.e. they lower their car way low, so that it's 1cm off the ground).

$600 will mean the OP will have to get second hand rims, and it will be similar wheels, or replicas. You won't be able to get nice genuine wheels (or even any decent NEW wheels).
