When you say middle, are you talking about the front or back?

you can jack the car from the centre of the front and rear. theres also 2 jack points on each side just infront of the rear wheel and behind the front wheel

Look at where the plastic shield is at the front and in the middle is an exposed metal section. That is the subframe and is also your front middle jacking point.

As Aaronng said, it's the same with most cars, you just use the subframe, which basically holds the engine up. It's even got a small hump so it's easily identified. It's not that far in though, behind the radiator and before the oil sump panel. Shouldn't be hard to find. If I had to assume, I'ld say it's about ~40cm in from the front, right in the centre of the car.

Is the rear one near the tow point?

Found some pics here (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?110146-Noob-Guide-to-monthly-checks-for-EK-Civic-s-and-the-D16Y4-7-8-engine)

The rear one is easy to spot. It's right under the bumper, and looks like a cage where the towbar is meant to be.
