EK transmission question

hi all,
Just would like some advice, i want to know whether VTiR shift linkage will fit on a GLi transmission ? is the VTiR box different from the GLI one?

AFAIK , the shift linkage will not fit . Both VTiR and GLi are different seires engines , and so different series gearboxes - and its my guess , that these particular parts are not interchangeable.
Its best to find the right OEM part for the job.
Prove me wrong tho....
