HKS Exhaust for JAZZ

I've just installed the HKS exhaust for my Jazz...... its the HiPower Series....

The quality of the exhaust is great, looks fantastic, after installing, the car feels alot more responsive, especially from low to mid rev range.....

the loudness is acceptable compare to the Spoon one I had before, but I think I am too used to the quite factory exhaust, its just as quite when idle, from 3000rpm ~ 4500rpm, it has a deep tune, then the sound sharpens up from 4500rpm onwards.....

overall, I really like it, even though I wanted to buy the ES-Wagon series, which is another 100 dollars more.

oh ye..... it fits great... took about 5 minutes to put it on...... the only thing is that the rear bottom lip of the VTiS model is almost touching the exhaust..... and its getting melted a bit...... what should I do? I see people put some kind of sticker over the body kit, what is that thing??

it is even hard to reach it
also i am not sure if my rear bar will touch the muffler
may need ask JR to cut a hole for me for the exhuast

Does it come with the larger rubber mount (2 holes to 1 hole).. If so, use them as it set the muffler lower.. and thus giving you more room from the bottom lip. See pictures (from Sunny).. the mount has 3 holes to 1. The VisionR comes with 2 holes to 1. I used the original mount which is just sitting below the lips and not touching.. so it is OKAY.

well..... there was a TYPER plate for sell for $25000!!! (idiot), so I think this one should easily fetch around $20,000..... :D

Yeah MrFit, take it out and rev a few rounds and record the sound...

I tried to record without any success.. I can only hear the wind noise if the windows is down or the vibration noise from the cabin if the windows is up...

Let me know how you go...

Looking good MRFIT... You definately need longer rubber mount... The muffler is too close to the rear bumper lip...
