It costs about $1000 to get them brand new and shipped (for 17'' and 18''). If your on a tight budget, it's definitely a good option. Quality wise, they're pretty good depending on how you drive (which goes for most wheels anyway).

Quality wise,theyre taiwanese made with what seems to be low grade material and known to be weak and poorly constructed

If they have VIA and JWL then they may be considerable.

Else no.

Ps: any light weight rim especially is prone to have chunks flying off. RPF1 and Advans does it quite often (they're both made by enkei so... )
