If your rebuilding your b16a motor just give the head a standard resurface. Use a standard head gasket with civic type r pistons. The CTR pistons will raise your compression from 10:4 to 11:1 compression ratio (same as b18c7) which is good compression for a street motor. If you want a bit more then that you can get a 2 layer headgasket. If your not re building the block and just getting your head serviced use the 2 layer headgasket combined with milling the head. You should ask your machinist for advice on how much to remove. I dont think it will be as effective as the CTR pistons though.
