Seals around bodykit

The seals around my bodykit and pods are deteriorating and I'm thinking of replacing them.

Saw that this guy has changed them from the standard white seals to black seals:

Is it something I can easily DIY. What do I need? Are the seals universal and just cut to fit, something I can buy from Autobarn or SCA?

ITR with the limited edition side-skirts and pods. Pretty much the same as the one in the link.
