Vtec Controller

i have a 5th gen Si with the non vtec engine :(:( anyway the person who previously owned the car had a vtec controller put in it, and since its not use to me i wanted to sell it an someone i know is looking for one...

so my question is what are they worth second hand?

Since you can buy then new for like $50, would be guessing $30 second hand.

someone had a bit of a fail getting a Vtec controller, let alone one for a non vtec honda

oh really i didnt realise they were so cheap having said that i also wasnt aware what they are worth new
i had a look on ebay for the same one thats in the car, range from maybe $100-$215, so i dunno maybe people are prepared to pay more then they have to haha

is the vtec controller installed in your car? how did that guy install it? he must have got to the point when he has to tap into the vtec wire and thinks "emmm, where is the vtec wire...emmm......?! o yeah i dont have a vtec.............i will install it anyway to look cool"

yeah its installed, i have no idea how its installed i dont know a great deal about it

all its useful for is showing revs really, it looks ugly the way its installed and since there is no real point to it i may as well sell it off
