water in '95 GSi teg headlights

I have a pool of water in both of my passenger side headlights on my 1995 integra. Jus wondering how to get the assembly out to drain them and re-seal them. Do I need to remove the entire front bar!? :honda: quoted me $700 for a new pair of lights so that is not an option

I have seen people open them up in the oven and clean them up, then re sealed them works fine but you gotta take your time in doing this coz if ya don't you can break them into bitts! I would soggest to get new ones coz once you OEM ones have moisture the plastic will loose their colour and go all dull and yellowish, Oh and yes you have to remove the whole front bar!
