Rough IDLE (D16y4 Auto)

So yeah rough idle lately 207,000km's im considering cleaning the Throttle body
any suggestions on what i should Use to clean it like What brand etc.. Thx

Common:
- Vacuum leakage.
- IACV cleaning
Not so common:
- Air filter clogged.
- Fuel pump not delivering sufficient fuel to the fuel injection system.
Unlikely but possible:
- Leaking head gasket.
- Timing belt and/or pulleys worn.
- Camshaft lobes worn.

Try cleaning with carby or brake cleaner.

the best cleaner ive used is subaru upper engine cleaner which you can get from subaru parts centres. Supposedly the nulon throttle body cleaner from supercheap, repco ect is also good if you dont have a subaru centre near you
