Get your clutch and gearbox synchros checked

First check clutch fluid level

yeah, i think its the transmission fluid. haven't service in awhile ( 6 months)

It depends how much you drive it.

Just pop your bonnet and check your clutch master cylinder. If the fluid is low or black, that's your problem.
