Greetings All

Has anyone had this option factory fitted in a Euro?

If so, can anyone give me a rough idea of what it cost, and if the globes can be changed.

Factory is blue, and i would prefer a white LED.

Also, do they dim, when the car is started or remain constantly on?

Moved to the Accord Euro section. You posted in the section for Accords.

Which model do you have? CL9 or CU2? Please put that in your thread title.

Fez, my wife's cu2 has this option, was included as part of the sale.
I believe the rrp from honda is approx. $300.

They are already pretty dim, both front and back, and they remain constantly on, but i dont really notice them when driving.
Pretty sure the globes can be changed just like any others, but havent tried myself and not planning to either.

Thanks for all the replies

Confirmed with the dealer.... Standard on the My13 as Caudex said

I'm told they go off once car is started much like interior dome light

Can you confirm this Caudex?

that is correct, it goes off at the same time as the interior dome lights.

There is a 5-6 inch round dust cover that you need to turn anticlockwise to get access to the HID globe. On the passenger side you need to remove the battery to gain access.

BTW - you gain access to the HID is from the engine bay not the wheel arch. The wheel arch access is to get to the blinker bulbs.

That is correct for footwell lights..."Accent Lights" are different. As some1 mentioned earlier they cost abt $300 for dealer fitted...They are turned on when you turn your lights on (even parkers on). They don't go off and would stay on but don't interfere with your driving ability. I think they are kinda cool. I like them

The pockets on the side of the centre console are the accent lightings. Foot well lights are standard.

It's just the regular CU2 auto gear selector.

I am from Singapore. Sadly my ride does not come with this gearknob. In place is just a cheap looking knob thus trying my luck here.
