ok for some time iv'e had buddyclub b18 header on my b20v. and i'm wanting to fit my b20 big tube header. but! i noticed on my B,C header there is 2 sensor's, one's O2 and the other got no idea? but the big tube only has 1 sensor bung. so what do i do with this extra sensor once iv'e installed the big tube's? is the other sensor for the CAT?

if your car currently only has one o2 sensor

And the new Headers have two spots for it, put the o2 sensor in the similar location
And get a bolt and plug the other hole, or install a Sensor in there for something after Market like Wideband/exhaust temp

I would just get exhaust shop to drill a hole and weld a nut onto ur new header, and use all the exhaust sensor.

Cheap to get it done anyway.

to answer your question about what the second fitting is for, it's normally there for tuning purposes, like the fitting on a test pipe. an alternative to the pipe sensor that normally gets put in the tip of the exhaust, you can have a second 02 in there during tuning for more accurate results.

when you're not using it you just put a bolt in there to plug it up.
