Where to buy that black plastic? Is it a particular brand or name?

Its called EZ lip from USA. Or you can buy it from Australia seller, in VIC, either ebay or gumtree. I bought it from here : http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Universal-Front-Bumper-Lip-Spoiler-MX5-RX7-RX8-MPS-Mazda-2-3-6-CX7-CX9-SP-23-25-/230805533005?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item35bd14f14d

They are not called EZ LIP. EZ Lip is made by FOAM and the one show in this page is silicone rubber lip as i realized the install manual.

More information but those Foam ez lip do not PROTECT your bumper AT ALL. One little touch on the footpath edges or speed hump will get yourself in big trouble. First, since they are made by foam, one touch on those edges will create HOLES on it which look disgusting. Second, if you decide to remove it, it is another headacle thanks to the 3M stickers. It takes you a lot of time to completely remove those ugly foam on my car. Lastly, since they are foam, they look dull after a short period of time while our rubber will always look grossy.

looks really good - reminds me of the Subaru WRX Club Spec 9 lip

its hard to find body mods that fit in with the simple clean lines of the euro - this looks neat

got any more pics of the car as it sits now?

Owner ripped that out and replaced with euro-R kit.
