What car do u have?
The ecu has an immobiliser which matches to your key...so are you using ur original key?
If not theres a DIY done by ECU-MAN on how to disable the immobiliser

Green flashing light? Where?

I don't think the S2000 has a green light anywhere so I am assuming it's the Mongoose.

Ek4, Dc2r...think all OBD2 ecus. Nothing to do with alarm, if it was it wouldnt crank at all.

Probably best not to post in the S2000/NSX section then.

Its the immobiliser.. Its a key, so its definantly something to do with the alarm :S
Could be cutting off fuel, as the M80 has 3 point immobiliser.

Ok, as long as you got a clear and concise explanation that's all that matters.
